★ Application for the admission into the Department Of Pharmacology will be available in November and February of the academic year.

Application for the February Admission requires the following: |

１. Entrance Examination that represents 60% of the total application. The Entrance Examination entails the following:
|

I‧ English (30%) | |
| II‧ One of the three subjects listed below.(70%) | ||
| (1) Pharmacology (70%) | ||
| (2) Molecular Biology (70%) | ||
| (3) Biochemistry (70%) | ||
|
２‧ A required Interview that represent 40% of the application process.

Frebruary Application Qualifications: |
||
|
１‧ Applicants must have graduated from an accredited institution.
|
||
|
２‧ Foreign applicants must have graduated from an accredited institution and received a Bachelors Degree that is recognized by Taiwan’s Minisity of Education.
|
||
|
３‧ Have approval by the Chairmam from the Department of Pharmacology.
|

| I‧ All undergraduate Transcripts. | ||
| II‧ Two Letters of Recommendation. | ||
| III‧Autobiography. | ||
| IV‧Extracurricular Activity that is deem relevant to the field of Pharmacology. | ||
| ２‧ A required Interview that represents 60% of the application process. | ||
November Application Qualifications: |

| １‧ Applicants Undergraduate Grade Point Average must be within the top 50% of the graduating class. | ||
| ２‧Applicants that graduated from accredited institution must have approval from the Chairman of the Department of Pharmacology in order to file an application. | ||
| ３‧Foreign applicants and applicants that do not posses a Bachelors Degree are not considered for the November Application. | ||
