探討上皮生長因子對十二位脂氧化酵素基因之調控上皮生長因子作用人類表皮癌細胞誘導十 二位脂氧化酵素之表現，其作用之信息傳遞主要藉由 MAP kinase 路徑之媒介，活化c-Jun的表 現，c-Jun與Sp1結合，再藉由Sp1與其在promoter Sp1結合區域的結合，把c-Jun帶至promoter來活 化基因轉錄活性。目前前正探討c-Jun/Sp1 interaction的機制及其在其TATA-less基因調控所扮演 的角色及其普遍性。 |
